Summer and Autumn are glorious months of growing and harvesting! These two seasons embody my passion for growing, cooking and preserving before the dormancy of winter. I begin with the first tomato and French bean harvest in July and end with the crescendo of Christmas, where I can celebrate with all that I have grown!
