November

This is a month of lots of preserving! The last harvest of quinces is coming in and I show you how I make Membrillo Quince Cheese and Quince Chilli Jelly for Christmas.  My store is filling up with Chutneys, Jams and Jellies and it gives me so much pleasure to see the gleaming jars on the shelves.  It feels like I have honoured my produce to the end of its journey…and I have lots to give away!
