July

July means the first ripe tomatoes and French Beans! And wonderful soft fruit. Did you know you can grow Blueberries in a pot?  I gather Apricots and Peaches, and I am in the kitchen too making delicious puddings from Raspberries, Gooseberries and Blackcurrants.   I show you  how to preserve your fruit so that none is wasted. I don’t buy fruit - we eat home grown fruit all through the winter and I can show you how!
