June

Gentle June is a wonderful month! It’s about strawberries, roses, and young plants getting established and getting their roots down.  The hard work of the last two months is done, nature is taking over.  I need to nurture, protect, water and feed…nature does the rest.  I am cooking the first courgettes outside, making delicious fritters.  Come and join me and see some of my creative courgette recipes and how I freeze the surplus for the winter.
